E-Banking Specialist

EverTrust Bank is seeking a motivated E-Banking Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist customers with digital banking enrollment, troubleshooting, and general usage support.

Provide phone support to personal and business customers for online banking access issues, including password resets.

Assist customers in ensuring compatibility with supported browsers and electronic devices.

Respond to customer inquiries received through the Bank’s online banking platform or website.

Support consumer digital services, including online banking, Zelle® transfers, mobile deposit capture, and bill payment services.

Support business customers with cash management services, including wire transfers, ACH origination, bill pay, and remote deposit capture.

Monitor daily online banking activity to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and security.

Review system and maintenance reports to ensure accuracy of online banking records and registrations.

Conduct online and mobile banking training sessions for branch staff.
- Serve as a liaison between the Bank and third-party vendors (e.g., FIS) to support issue resolution, system enhancements, and product implementations.
- Communicate system outages, updates, and service changes to internal teams and customers, as appropriate.
- Provide backup support within the E-Banking department and perform additional duties as assigned by the E-Banking Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in e-banking or a related function within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in common business software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets, preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Working proficiency in Chinese is preferred to support business communication needs.
