Relationship Manager

  •              Location: City of Industry, CA and Milpitas, CA
  •              Job Schedule: Full-Time
  •              Base Annual Salary: From $100,000

 

Job Descriptions

  • New business development for commercial loans, as well as deposit/mortgage business referral. Production goals will be set by management on an annual basis.
  • Negotiate the primary loan structure with customers. Prepare conceptual memo if needed for credit department review.
  • Work with the designated underwriter and/or other loan support staff to prepare Credit Approval Report for new loans, renewals, and amendments.
  • Review appraisal report, environmental report, loan documentation and other relevant information for the designated loan portfolio.
  • Collect periodic financials and related information from loan customers. 
  • Work with the Portfolio Manager to review and prepare credit and financial analysis and ensure each portfolio is properly risk rated based on the bank’s rating system.
  • Maintain and service the designated commercial loan customer relationships.
  • Partner with team members and branch personnel to drive production.
  • Assist team for the Bank’s promotional campaign and other assignments.
  • Support other team members as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree preferrably in Business , Finance, or Economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in business
  • PC proficient. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial analysis
