Marketing Specialist

EverTrust Bank is seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. Headquartered in the City of Industry, California, EverTrust is a relationship-driven financial institution specializing in commercial lending, deposits, and cash management solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the Bank’s marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, media coordination, branding enhancement, research, and event support.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for the Bank’s financial products.
- Support media coordination, including communication with vendors, media outlets, and agencies.
- Conduct market and industry research to support campaign decisions and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate marketing materials, internal/external communications, and basic content development.
- Support branding efforts across digital and print platforms to maintain brand consistency.
- Assist with planning and coordinating bank events, community outreach, and internal functions.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare activity summaries as needed.
- Support evaluation of new financial product opportunities through industry research and market insight development, and assist with related launch, media, and branding activities.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, media coordination, or a related field; experience in banking/finance is a plus.
- Abilities/Skills: Proficiency with general office software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Language: Working proficiency in Chinese is preferred to support efficient business communications and deliveries.
COMPENSATION
The base rate for this position is $27–$32 per hour for candidates meeting the stated level.
More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply — higher compensation may be negotiated for highly qualified individuals.
The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related experience, knowledge, and skills.
