ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Originate new deals based on annual budget
Attend initial meetings with prospects/new clients
Work with client to complete SBA loan package
Work with team leader to structure loan
Assist in credit analysis and underwriting process
Ability to understand credit risk
Work with Closing Department on getting loans booked and closed
Work with SBA servicing in obtaining financial updates from borrowers
Assist Team Leader in training internal staff bank-wide.
Establish a strong referral network

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: College/Business major preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years
Skills/Ability: proven business development focus
Knowledge: SBA, SOP, Accounting, CA Real Estate Procedures
